A long term and painstaking restoration of an extensive Arts & Crafts property in Norwich. Having researched heavily into the fascinating history of this generational family owned period property, this project has been an exploration of slow-design, the stripping back of it’s modern layers, back to its bare bones, and rebuilding, restoring and rediscovering the joy of this wonderful house. We have carefully and sensitively adapted and reimagined the house to suit the requirements of a modern family, and the flexibility to support a studio office, workshop and show room.

Re-instating period features, details and timber beams and pine plank floors and parquet. Restoration of its natural stone floors, and adaptive reuse of original marble stone counters which have carefully dismantled, and recut and finished for the new bathrooms throughout.
